Somewhere in the mountains?

Years that go by and not knowing where I come from, who my grandparents are, what they brought with them.

Ijarmaouas

Ijermaouas is a city in northern Morocco, where the Ait Touzine tribe mainly lives.

There my father (Allah I rahmou) was born and raised in ijaramouas, Hamouda.

My grandparents come from Boughazi (Beni touzine) a village in Temsamane and my mother was born there too.

I speak with pride about the Ait touzine strain! I can proudly say that I am a tarifesht. Without a doubt, I will think every day of the mountains that have raised my parents. Every day I will proudly speak thmazight (the language they speak in northeast Morocco). Every day I will think of my roots that are engraved in my body.
